Royal Ceramics forges pact with dealers on exclusivity

West African Ceramics Ltd. has forged pact with major building material dealers on store exclusivity in notable building material markets across the country.

The exclusivity store initiative, which has many dealers signed on across the country, was demonstrated with the inauguration of the first Royal Exclusive Store in favor of Uche-Tex Links Ventures, in Abuja.

According to the General Manager, West African Ceramics Ltd., Bhaskar Rao, “the Royal Exclusive Store is a one-stop shop for all products under the Royal brand stable which will no doubt elevate the trade experience of our dealers to a whole new modern level. They will now be able to attract various segments of consumers in an open market place because the store will not just be a shop to display tiles but will serve as an experience centre where customers get to be informed, entertained and experience set up of tile applications such as kitchen set up, bathroom set-up, among others”.

Rao said the Royal Exclusive Store initiative was borne out of the need to consolidate the relationship between his company and its esteemed dealers.
“It is a demonstration of our partnership and making public the affinity between our brand- ROYAL and the businesses of each of our dealers. As you already know, the Royal Brand is a household name and a phenomenon in the Built Environment spanning over three decades.

Some of you dealers here started with us from the cradle and most of you have grown with us over the years. It is this deep understanding and the ever evolving trends in trade and consumer engagement that has inspired us to strengthen and consolidate the partnership we share with you, our esteemed dealers,” he explained.

Speaking further, he said the company would in the near future launch new extensions such as sanitary wares, grouts, and adhesives under the ROYAL brand and roll out new sizes such as 80cm x 80cm and 90cmcm x 120 in addition to the various sizes in the market.

“This will indeed enrich the stores and accelerate profitability for our dealers,” he said.Recounting on his trade experience with the company, Chairman/Managing Director, Uche-Tex Link Ventures, Uchenna Ajala, said that his relationship with the tile manufacturer spanning many years has been profitable and encouraging.

“This store will feature digitally mastered and designed tiles alongside conventional tiles and is open to everyone as it serves as enlightenment centre on everything tiles and ceramics”, he added.
