Laboratory scientists tasked on accuracy, validation of test results

The Registrar and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), Dr. Tosan Erhabor, has assured the public that the council will join institutions so as to continue to produce skilled, competent medical laboratory scientists that will ensure accuracy and validation of test results as well as expand the frontier of the practice.

Erhabor stated this at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos (CMUL), yesterday, as the college inducted 40 new graduates from the Department of Medical Laboratory Science into the noble profession.

The registrar, represented by the deputy registrar, urged all inductees to be diligent in carrying out their duties, as they have become full members of the council.

He urged the department of medical laboratory science to become a reference point and a means of inspiration to others in the nearest future.
