Dabiri-Erewa assures Nigerians abroad of voting rights

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and the Diaspora, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has reiterated the commitment of government to ensuring that Nigerians in Diaspora are not disenfranchised.

Speaking to Nigerians in New York, United States of America (USA), she assured that the President Muhammadu Buhari administration was committed to the well being of Nigerians in the Diaspora and would continue to explore all means possible to ensure that they were not disenfranchised by any means while abroad.

ABIKE DABIRI -EREWA HAS BEEN KNOWN TO MANY AS DEFENDERS OF NIGERIANS IN DIASPORA AND WILL BE FULLY COMMITTED TO THEIR RESPECTIVE PLIGHTS. WE ARE OPTIMISTIC, WHEN SHE FULLY SETTLES DOWN SHE WILL BE FULLY DISPOSED TO THE NEEDS AND WANTS OF NIGERIANS ABROAD.

      Do you know that you have to fill in a long form to apply to become a Nigerian in diasporia in Thailand? Nigerians at home don’t even know thier rights, let alone those living abroad.
