Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal, recently hosted Dr. Maryam Ismaila Keshinro, the newly appointed Federal Permanent Secretary from Zamfara State.


Dr. Maryam Ismaila Keshinro, along with seven others, was announced as a new permanent secretary last Friday.

In a statement from the Governor’s spokesperson, Sulaiman Bala Idris, Governor Lawal expressed solidarity and support during the meeting on Sunday. He congratulated Dr. Maryam, urging her to serve as a proud ambassador for Zamfara State.

Lawal, as per the statement, said: “I want to use this opportunity to congratulate you on your recent appointment as a Federal Permanent Secretary.


“This is indeed a remarkable milestone that we hope and pray you will utilize for the service of our dear nation and also help us in our quest to rebuild our beloved state.
