Bolanle Akinyemi is the CEO of Eazy Coox Limited, an indigenous small-scale food processing company that packages fresh essential cooking ingredients. Eazy Coox peels, chops, slices or dice the very best ingredients, then capture them in all their tasty glory into handy glass jars and plastic pots and bottles for the convenience of consumers
Kindly give a brief description of yourself I am a wife, mother, food lover aka foodie, and a Chartered Accountant.
What problem does your company solve?
We make cooking easy and convenient for all.
How did you come about the idea for your business?
My love for cooking and wanting things ready-to-use. I used to bring in chopped garlic and ginger from the UK and I ran out of them very quickly. But I realised we have garlic and ginger in abundance and felt that why can’t we package it the same way. That gave birth to Eazy Coox.
What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Passion, Perseverance and Support of family and friends.
What is your greatest challenge and how do you manage it?
Finance and Marketing. With marketing, I have leveraged on social media and for finance it’s just proper planning.
What are your ideals?
What is the best way to achieve long-term success?
Keep at it. It will pay off sooner than you think.
Where did your organisation’s funding/capital come from?
From my family and salary from paid employment.
How do you build a successful customer base?
Ensuring you give the customer what they want and giving the best service possible.
What is your favourite aspect of being an entrepreneur?
Managing your time.
What has been your most satisfying moment in business?
When I get a repeat customer who I don’t know. It shows that what I’m offering is good.

Right now we are heavy on Instagran and Facebook
