Air Peace urges support for government faith in Nigeria
Air Peace has appealed to Nigerians to support President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration, as it makes effort to fix the nation’s comatose economy.
In a statement to celebrate the country’s 56th independence anniversary, the airline urged Nigerians to continue to believe in the potential of the country to achieve greatness and work for peace across the nation.
The statement signed by the Chief Operating Officer of the airline, Mrs. Oluwatoyin Olajide, also assured that the nation would overcome the crisis in the aviation sector.
The airline pledged to continue to deliver first-class flight services despite the challenges in the aviation sector.
“As we celebrate the 56th independence anniversary of our dear nation, we must all come together to support the Federal Government led by President Muhammadu Buhari, to fast-track our exit from the current economic recession. We must resolve as a nation to work for the peace and progress, and rededicate ourselves to issues that guarantee the greatness of our land.
“Although the situation in the aviation industry has been particularly challenging, we are firm in our belief that we can rise above all our difficulties if we unite and work with patriotic zeal in the interest of our nation. At Air Peace, our total commitment is to Nigeria and the flying public who have been steadfast in their loyalty to our brand. We will neither change our pro-customer focus, nor compromise on the very high safety and operational standards we have set and followed in our flight operations over the years. This is the least we can do in the patriotic service of our dear country, Nigeria,” the statement said.
