AIB, FAAN i.e. the Ministry of Aviation should nip this in the bud. The coincidences should be investigated thoroughly as it spells another doom for Nigerians. It seems the report on ‘no life was lost’ is sufficient for Nigerians to take investigative, corrective and punitive actions for granted!
