Open letter to NANS and IPOB

Sirs: The primordial struggle between light and darkness, happening also in the university system in Nigeria, whereby some university academic staff have been caged to the extent that they will never go on strike no matter the condition, means that the university teachers in those universities are slaves under the administrative slavers. The same divide and rule tactics applied by those in government in collusion with their accomplices in the affected universities applies to teachers and students, nationally. That is what I would want the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) to keep in mind: the division affecting the Association is orchestrated by the political powers that be and people of like-mind among the students, as with the university staffs, nationally, as demonstrated by the so-called NANS leadership that went to sell Nigerian students and their parents to the President, General Muhammadu Buhari (GMB), who is dribbling Nigerian workers and university staff in the style of Maradona.

Similarly, about two years ago, GMB declared the Independent People of Biafra (IPOB) to be a terrorist organisation, while protecting the Fulani herdsmen terrorists and asking that ranches be provided for them throughout Nigeria at public expense. The dog knows how to breastfeed its children and how to kill the children of lower animals. There can be no other way forward than determination to vote massively against a government that is perpetrating carnage and economic destruction of Nigeria and dragging its feet on approving N30, 000 minimum wages for workers, notwithstanding unprecedented hyper/ravaging inflation. The economy is comatose; debts are skyrocketing and GMB is unrepentant on the unjustifiable war against Boko Haram and protection of the Fulani herdsmen terrorists. What hope for the future?

GMB doubles himself as the petroleum minister, increased fuel price from N87 to N145, and is recovering looted funds without accountability for anything to anybody, yet he is claiming to be fighting corruption. Yes, GMB is a brutal warrior and he is pretentious, selective and unaccountable in his so-called fight against corruption. As such, the decision by NANS and IPOB not to vote cannot be the way forward, rather to vote massively for Atiku Abubakar who stands out as a viable opposition presidential candidate, to pursue peace and reorder Nigeria for progress. You do not concur? Why will IPOB use votes to deal with traitor-governors and not against a military dictator in civilian garb, GMB who is ruining human lives and economic resources?

Whoever does not contribute to how Nigeria will overcome non-accountability, carnage and economic annihilation, towards stability and progress in the impending elections should blame himself or herself. People like Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Adams Oshiomhole are insensitive to the carnage and economic destruction of Nigeria. You should distant yourself from such people in your local and state governments, if you love peace and progress. Nigeria should let this year’s elections end the era of bloodshed which started unjustifiably in 2009.
